Hi David and welcome

Nice to have you on board. As per other posts of this day the Table of 
Contents and the URL to the german docs will be made available by tomorrow 
latest. 

I would suggest that since most of the documentation is in German the 
immediate need is to translate these docs into a working language format and 
then rewrite them so they can be released under a GPL license. It is remains 
a two step or more process but can be done. 

More later as to not duplicate postings.
