Description of problem:
for FHS installations, the lib directory is wrongly encoded for 32 and 64 bit in \
sope-appserver/NGObjWeb/Templates/WOApplication+Builders.m.

this prevents SOGo to find SOGoElements.wox in FHS filesystem installations.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  SOGo does not find SOGoElements.wox
[missing component: R.0.2.0.1.27] shows up in the WebUI, because if-ie is not found.


Expected Results:  SOGo should be able to find SOGoElements.wox

Additional info:

Installation into GNUstep path layout was not affected.
