Description of problem:
after ogoroot edited an appointment for other users, e.g. adding missing resources, \
then the appointment is set to private. It is not possible to change this back to \
public, also not for the ogo admin. The only selection field in the dropdown menu is \
"private".

The administrator has to change the value directly in the database to make it a \
public appointment again.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:

------- As mentioned in the list:
---snip---
Sure, root is probably not a member of the read-access-group, hence it won't show up.

You should not work with the 'regular' apps as root. (in fact I would rather drop the \
ability of root to 'see everything').
---snap---

Best workaround is to add system wide delegation, which probably has an own bug \
already. Adding 'root' roles to replace the root user might help too. (but this \
doesn't really fix the issue that the scheduler (properly) shows just the teams the \
account is a member off ...)
