The following set of 2 patches adds support for soft-float to powerpc targets
without fpu for gcc 4.1.1/glibc 2.5
I have been testing the patches for a couple of weeks now, both on powerpc
targets and others (x86 variants mainly) without problems,but as these can be
considered "system wide changes" (although the patches will be only applied to
pwowerpc targets) i decided to post them to the bug tracker first for peer
review
