Support InputStream as a remotable type.

I think RMIIO (http://openhms.sourceforge.net/rmiio/) would fit into 
this slot very nicely.

Where would the actual requirement be for this in OpenEJB?

I have used RMIIO in several very high volume situations, and can only 
praise it!
