Make it easier to use command line deployer in TomEE

We quite extensively use the DeployerEjb tool to drive deployments into TomEE, but \
there's no easy way to run it from the tomee.home/bin/ directory.

Maybe consider adding a tomee.sh file to tomee.home/bin/ which can hold TomEE \
specific command options like deploy and undeploy. Start/stop should be left out so \
people do that via catalina.sh and the startup.sh and shutdown.sh wrappers.

Just like with catalina.sh and the startup.sh and shutdown.sh wrappers, we should \
create deploy.sh and undeploy.sh wrappers for the tomee.sh script.
