For mysql4, run `pkgrm CSWmysql4 CSWmysql4rt`.  This will remove the
programs, but not the database files, my.cnf or log files.

Since you want to start over and assuming that you do not want to keep
any mysql databases, my.cnf or log files, you could also run `rm -Rf
/opt/csw/mysql4`.
