PuTTY has limited support for SSH2 since version 0.50 (limited because PuTTY
violates the SSH2 specs by not implementing DSA). The reasons that PuTTY
does not implement DSA can be found at
<URI:http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/wishlist.html#dsa>.
On http://www.openbsd.org/windows.html it is stated that PuTTY only
supports SSH1 and I think it would be nice to mention that PuTTY now also
support limited SSH2
