I've got a cd image on an ext2 partition. Reading/copying this gives the
following kernel crash after about 64.26 MB:

>From the 2.5 snapshot kernel:

	vm_fault(0xf0be5300, 0, 1, 0) -> 1
	kernel: page fault trap, code=0
	stopped at _vhold+0x7: testb$0x20, 0x1 (%ecx)

trace says:

This is reproducable so I can test kernel fixes.
