hi!

i just enabled snmpd and snmpctl in the builds, it will be available
in one of the next snapshots.  i would appreciate some more help in
testing and review of the daemon, especially on non-i386 platforms.

thanks for all the feedback so far, i will look into the various diffs
i got, like the HOST-MIB implementation etc.  snmpd is still in an
early stage of development but it already does what it is supposed to
do; provide basic snmp information about an openbsd system.
