I don't believe so.  Iirc, the source isn't distributed by Sun and is
instead held by NPI.  Sun just repackages the driver and stuff and ships
it with Solaris.  If I'm wrong, and you can find untainted source
or documentation, I wouldn't mind getting this cards running.
