You probably answered "no" when asked "Do you want to use *all* of wd0 for
OpenBSD?". Unless you want to dual boot or keep some part of the disk intact,
it's easier to say "yes" here. Then you can continue to slice up your
partition.

Scroll down a little bit to "Creating a disklabel". There is also a good
suggestion for the sizes there.

This is what I use:
$ df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Capacity Mounted on
/dev/wd0a     80.8M   33.4M   43.4M    44%    /
/dev/wd0h     54.6G    6.2G   45.6G    12%    /home
/dev/wd0d      2.0G    203M    1.7G    11%    /tmp
/dev/wd0g     11.8G    5.7G    5.5G    51%    /usr
/dev/wd0e      3.9G   66.0M    3.7G     2%    /var

You would probably allocate more space for /var as most of your space
requirements will be there on a server.
