Hi,

I have a netra x1 running everything on soft raid1(except the kernel)
that is running rock solid for half a year now.
You can gain pretty much most of the requirements from the raidframe man
page raid(4).
There is also a good raidframe guide on the netbsd page that should help
you get going.

You will come to the conclusion that you cannot run the kernel from raid
frame on openbsd though. For that reason ppl create a nonraid partition
on each disk that contains the kernel.
I mount them under /boot/wd0[ab]. Of course you'll have to configure
openbootprom to start the nonraid partition.

have fun,

sebastian
