Here's a working dual-boot setup from my iBook:

$ disklabel wd0
# size offset fstype [fsize bsize cpg]
  a:  2097648 20060208    4.2BSD     1024  8192    16 	# (Cyl. 19901 - 21981)
  b:   523344 19536864      swap                      	# (Cyl. 19381*- 19900)
  c: 39070080        0    unused        0     0       	# (Cyl.    0 - 38759)
  i: 19535040     1824       HFS                      	# (Cyl.    1*- 19381*)

When you reinstall OS X, you delete all partitions and create a single
HFS+ partition, leaving half of the disk unused. Verify OS X boots after
installation.

Then install OpenBSD, skip fdisk, and in disklabel create an a and b
partition from the free space (c must always cover the entire disk).

Make sure you copy ofwboot into the root of the OS X file system. Yes,
the HFS+ file system, not OpenBSD's ffs file system.

Reboot into the open firmware prompt.

mac-boot will boot OS X, and boot hd:,ofwboot will boot OpenBSD.

Daniel
