It's still the case There were no functionnal change between XFree86
4.2.0 as shipped in OpenBSD 3.1 and XFree86 4.2.1 that will be shipped
in OpenBSD 3.2. 

You may want to experiment with -current XFree86 from XFree86.org (see
<http://www.xfree86.org/cvs/> for instruction on getting it by
anoncvs), but I'm not sure if it'll work or not.
