My guess is that PLIST needs @group wheel after @owner root.  But it
packages here correctly on a 2 week old current.  This patch doesn't
appear to do any harm, though, and may fix the issue.  I'm sure someone
more knowledgable than I about these things will correct me if I'm
wrong.
