This special case (uic core dump) is more fun -- it actually relates
to my previous mail about xenocara.

I'm not sure what really happened, but IIRC, there's some stuff in
${LOCALBASE}/lib/kde3/plugins that leads to several versions of
libX11 pulled in. (Run gdb on ${LOCALBASE}/lib/qt3/bin/uic and the
core dump to see it.)

I managed to work around this by deinstalling kdepim and dependant
packages.
