there was a security advisory for KDE regarding konqueror:

If you're running -current and KDE 3.3.2,
Download the patches here:
ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/security_patches

and save 
post-3.3.2-kdelibs-htmlframes2.patch
as 
/usr/ports/x11/kde/lib3/patches/patch-khtml_khtml_part_cpp

and rebuild kdelibs, save 
post-3.3.2-kdebase-htmlframes2.patch
as
/usr/ports/x11/kde/base3/patches/patch-konqueror_konq_mainwindow_cc

and rebuild kdebase3.
Someone with 3.6 may want to try the according patches for older releases 
mentioned in the advisory.
