The "validate" distfile is unversioned.  Try talking the author into
putting up a versioned file.  (If he refuses, we may have to think about
a versioned DISTDIR.)

The contents of sgml-lib overlap with the (forgotten) textproc/html
port.  Is validate's sgml-lib customized?  Or could we just drop
it into a standard place?
