Yep, and there's even some justification behind the change.
Namely, LIB_DEPENDS have a specific status, and they are not
quite used as BUILD_DEPENDS nor RUN_DEPENDS. Hence the extra field.
(points to library-specs(7) for an explanation of what's going on)
