If this is any help,

Shouldn't it be on the third CD?  If you have downloaded or installed via ftp, 
you'll have to download the ports tree from:

ftp://local.obsd.site/pub/OpenBSD/3.4/ports.tar.gz

ex. ftp://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/3.4/ports.tar.gz


# cat 'Derek Shaws_message' > *
