Dear friends,

This is off topic so if you don't want to answer this I will understand...
but the small company I work for is in between a rock and a hard place. The
problem is as follows;

This is our mail server:

we are using a dual cpu Sun Ultra Eneterprise 2 UltraSparc with 168mhz RISC
based cpus. We have three scsi drives - sda1 holds / while sdb1 and sdc1 are
mirrored drives that hold /var/spool etc. and 256MB memory. The problem is
the is our mail server and has ran using RedHar 5.2 flawlessly for about six
months, finally the scsi drive holding the os blew out and then it was hell
week. It is up and running now but regularly runs out of system resources
and with using TOP you can watch the system resoucses start to top out. It
must be rebooted once or twice daily. It rairly touches the 512MB swap. It
as though a process that should release memory won't. Can't seem to id the
probelm - any help would be greatly apreciated. How can I find a hidden
problem in the log files?
