Hello,

I believe hardware handshaking is enabled in the install.  You need a
null-modem cable with all the lines:


   2 -------> 2 
   3 <------- 3 
   4 -------> 4 
   5 & 8 <--- 5 
   6 <------- 8 
   7 <------> 7 
   20 ------> 20
