I am using double NAT at home, and regarding the ISP network part, I
can't use 10.0.0.1 in my setup because this is used by my ISP as a
gateway for pppoe.

I've reread your setup many times, but it is not clear for me what you
have at home and what you are trying to achieve. Sorry. Give a full
network schematics with interfaces and IPs and maybe someone can tell
what you are doing wrong.
