after getting the cvs tree of 3.3 branch, 
does it include the four modules, such as XF4, ports, 
www and x11 ? or just the src only? 
and after updating the src tree, 
i will just compile my kernel, 
reboot; then cd /usr/src && make obj && make build
right?

heres what i did 

$ export CVSROOT=anoncvs@anoncvs.no.openbsd.org:/cvs
$ export CVS_RSH=/usr/bin/rsh
$ cd /usr
$ cvs -q update -rOPENBSD_3_3 -P src

after that:

#cd /usr/src
# cvs -q up -rOPENBSD_3_3 -P d
