For those (such as myself) with interest in using KDevelop and QT 
to develop applications for Openbsd, here is a link for a tutorial. 
The tutorial applies to Linux but should be useful for Openbsd as well.

Caveat: 

The tutorial assumes that KDevelop and QT are already correctly installed.
