 Do you have any details on the panic? I couldn't reproduce it. I just ran out
 of processes so I had to login on the console and do:
 
 ps aux | grep fifo | awk '{ print $2 }' | xargs kill
 
 (question for 2 points: Why do we reserve the last _5_ processes to root? :))
