In 6.6 and a snapshot today (but not in 6.5 IIRC), there's a problem
with xterm cursor appearance when using the keyboard to switch focus
between windows...

An xterm which loses the focus still has a solid block cursor, rather
than changing to an outlined block.  In contrast, when switching using
a mouse, an outlined block cursor is seen.

This makes it alarmingly easy to type in the wrong xterm!

Seem on three different amd64 machines.
