It looks like your AP is using WPA1. The WPA1 protocol is now disabled by
default because it is insecure.

Please change your AP settings to WPA2 (sometimes called "AES" or "CCMP"
in the configuration settings).

If that is impossible, you should be able to connect after running the
command below. The downside is that your wifi remains insecure, so please
consider upgrading your AP instead.
  ifconfig urtwn0 wpaprotos wpa1,wpa2
