One Sata HD (10.000 rpm) and 2 SAS (15.000 rpm).

There is no more problems. I've just ignored CHS and proceeded with
installation.

I am writing now on the amd64 installed on one SAS, so it is working :-)
Hopefully Kenneth R Westerback helped me yesterday. The FAQ changed from
last 4.5 about that part of fdisk and CHS. I was not aware nor I imagined
such a change would occur. So from now on, I would just ignore CHS.
