 Ooops, mixed something up ! Just saw, there is no deco-/border- on/off in wmctrl !

And I have not found that settings again, yet.

So it seems, I also need the switches for the deco-/border- on/off, 
but not those inside the rc.xml.

For my script I need the infos more dynamically, reading the current state at
shutdown and setting the saved deco-/border-states (and geos) on startup.

Any hints ?
