Version 0.1.3 of OBApps, the graphical utility for editing 
per-application settings, is now available at 
http://sourceforge.net/project/obapps

This version uses python-xlib rather than python-wnck for the 
window-picking function, so its dependencies should be lighter and more 
easily found. This also allows window picking to work across desktops.
