You can use some thing like that
<context name="Maximize">
[...]
      <mousebind button="Left" action="Click">
        <action name="ToggleMaximizeFull"/>
        <action name="ToggleDecorations"/>
      </mousebind>
[...]
</context>

it's not ideal but in many case that work, in other hand you can bind
toggleDecorations to a key, I use currently W-d ;)
