A new website has been going up for Openbox and other WM themes.  I
think it is going to become the central hub for wm themes in the
future, as other box theme sites have all died or dried up.  Wouldn't
it be great if we could get a nice presence of Openbox themes up there
right off the start, to go with the 3.4 release?

The 3.4 release has a few additions, which have been laid out here:

I guess I'm just trying to encourage theme authors to update their
themes and post them up where everyone can get to them. How about it?
