g'day obconfers

the de translation is definitely in my local copy of the cvs repo. 
since the last release a .jp translation has come in, and I have been
working on one or two minor bug fixes.

I'll do my best to get another tarball release in the next few weeks. 
Also I will look into the CVS situation.
