wmctrl -l | grep xterm | while read num junk; do
	wmctrl -i -r $num -b toggle,undecorated
done

(written from head, might need slight modifications :)

I'm aware that this solution is far from being perfect.

It's on my TODO list which will to be launched
as soon as my exams are over.
