I just installed rc1 on a new machine, configured with the following 
options "./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc --with-x" to 
realize that menu.xml and rc.xml are not in /etc/xdg/openbox, in fact 
there is no /etc/xdg directory at all. Has something changed?  I could 
have swore this worked on beta6.
