for those who've been using the perl theme menu scripts at

there's a new version out which consolidates everything into one
script

  http://www.cs.pdx.edu/~marius/files/scripts/obthememenu

the new version follows the base dir spec that OB3 beta4 and up
implements and splits long menus into submenus -- you can specify a
maximum submenu size.
