here are the bitmaps you (xor) asked for; they are not fancy and not 
clever, but they are what they are i suppose.


I'm not sure about the states for (max and) sticky, maybe they would 
make more sense if the dots were stuck and the cross was un-stuck? so 
they would look like windows on different desktop (a bit, if you use 
your imagination...)?  i dunno.
