This is very confusing to me, and although I do speak a little German,
not enough for this.

Virtualbox is an ordinary application. You install it like any other.

You install it onto your hard disk, like all normal programs.

No, you cannot install it onto a USB key.

You do not need a USB key to boot a virtual machine. You can boot
directly from an ISO file on your hard disk.

If you use USB keys routinely, I suggest formatting them with Ventoy:

https://ventoy.net/en/index.html

It makes it very easy to boot multiple OSes from a single USB key.
Much quicker and easier than Balena Etcher.
