Hi All,
Since lot of people have faced problems while testing "simple" due to
failure of "gethostbyname", I have updated the example, so that it is
easier to figure out why "simple" fails.

Release 0.5.2:
1. Updated "simple" telephony application:
   -Added command line options to specify local ip address and port
   -If not specified, the application tries to determine IP address, and if
    unsuccessful, exits. If port is not specified, default port 1720 is used.
