Just to back that up - I live in the middle of Bombay and keeping a stable
internet connection is hard enough here. Unfortunately, the web isn't as
taken-for-granted a thing as it is in the States.
I have done some work in villages in that area with relation to water
problems -- considering water is still a matter of concern for many -- I
think an internet connection taking some time is perfectly understandable.
The work being done seems good and I am very positive for the future of this
project. Hope to visit the site at some point.
