Please read the Getting Started document
(http://db.apache.org/ojb/docu/getting-started.html) first, it
introduces the ojb-blank project which is a blanco project structure
pre-setup'd for using OJB (with Ant build file, Eclipse project files
etc.). You only have to add you Java classes and possibly use the
XDoclet module (http://db.apache.org/ojb/docu/guides/xdoclet-module.html)
to generate the mapping files.
