You can convert forms 4.5 aplications to forms 6. then run all on forms 6.
or...
.. install both forms45 runtime and forms6 runtime on the same machine (PC).
Use regedit <hkey_local_machine><software><oracle><forms60_path> to indicate the \
location of fmx files and <forms45_path> for location of fmx(4.5) files.
and <ui_icon> for the path for the icones of aplication 6
and <tk23_icon> for the path for the icones of aplication 4.5.
I have this working fine.
If you have more than one aplication on same version, use ";" to separete the paths \
on register
ex: <forms45_path>= "\\170.170.0.1\app1;\\vendor\c$\vendor\app2" (not use space \
after ";")
