Hello fellow ‘tuggers

We have created a new subscription list (ODTUG-CONF-L) JUST for those attending, or \
thinking about attending, the June conference.  Arrange social events, like golf \
games or desert adventures or dinners.  Arrange car pools or shuttles.  Ask \
questions. Post suggestions to the conference committee. (that would include me).

Why don’t I start? “I’m looking for a golf game at the beautiful Robert Trent Jones \
golf course right at the hotel on the Thursday before the conference begins.  Any \
takers?   I’m a 25 handicap but not afraid to play with better or worse.”

To subscribe, visit http://www.odtug.com and click on the conference link, or send a \
message to ListGuru@fatcity.com saying SUBSCRIBE ODTUG-CONF-L Mari Cobb (replace with \
your name).

You will also see a volunteer sign-up link on the web site.  We need volunteers—over \
30 of them.  Have your family volunteer!  It is a great way to meet people.  \
Introduce yourself and make the attendees feel welcome. Here is a list of what we \
need:

Registration Desk (see link for details and sign-up)

Sunday (7 people each shift)
 7:30 am – 11:30 am
11:00 am –  3:00 pm
 2:30 pm –  6:30 pm

Monday 
 6:30 am – 10:30 am (7 people)
10:30 am –  1:00 pm (5 people)
 1:00 pm –  4:00 pm (5 people)	
 4:00 pm –  6:00 pm (5 people)

Tues/Wed – 3 people for each shift described for Monday

Thurs (3 people up until 2:00 pm)

Speaker Room – at least 1 person in the room during all conference hours, 2 on Sunday
