Assuming that CBT = CD-based training, the 9i CD's were pretty good.  My
big objection was to the mid-lesson self-test questions.  Some had the
wrong answer (these were pretty easy to spot because the explanation was
correct and obviously not related to the "correct" answer).  When they
attempt to have you do the "hands-on" bit simulating SQL*Plus, the
software gets really pedantic.  The section-ending tests were also less
than ideal-- they tell you that you got 30 of 40 right and that the
answer to question 21 was A, but there is no way to go back and look at
what question 21 was without retaking the test.

If you are looking at training for certification reasons, there is a
pretty good correlation between what is on the exams and what is in the
courses, but the content is different than the content of the
instructor-lead classes.

Looking into Oracle 10g upgrade training.  Anyone with recommendations
whether Oracle Ed's CBT's at much less the price than instructor led are
worthwhile?
