hi
     I am trying to establish database link through  normal dialup network under
Windows NT server /Oracle 8.0
Whenever i am trying to connect i am getting an error  TNS 12541 TNS NO LISTNER,
but listner is already started on remote machine and localy they are connecting
database throug nodes,if anybody has any idea regarding this
pls mail to me
