JDeveloper comes with one-click deployment support for BEA Weblogic.
i.e, you can create an application server connection to Weblogic and 
choose that connection to deploy the J2EE application.

Check "Packaging and Deploying" topic in the help system for more 
information on how-to deploy to Weblogic.
