The ocfs2 and asm kernel drivers need to match the kernel version.
If you have booted the box with the new kernel, do the following to learn
package name you have to download and install.
# echo ocfs2-`uname -r`-1.2.X-X.el4
# echo oracleasm-`uname -r`-2.0.X-1.el4
Then goto the sites and download the appropriate package.

The HBA driver is typically installed with the kernel.
