Purely as a matter of interest, uhhm, how and who is to decide who is a
genuine, pukka Administrator, and who is a "grinning student" ?????

I have no interest in hacking networks, but some of those who read
this *PUBLIC* mailing list might.
IMHO A professional security expert placing an exploit on the mailing list
allows amateurs subscribing to this list to crash systems just by copying and \
compiling source code.
Whilst I'm all for free discussion, this seems a little dangerous.
Would it be possible for an administrators only mailing list, where
exploits can be placed purely for research purposes and out of the
hands of some student grinning at the thought of crashing his
college's server?
